Instructional Aid at the Community College of Philadelphia

I manage the Photography and Video Facility for the faculty and students: renting out equipment and maintaining functional computer labs and portrait studios.

WHAT SHE DOES FOR LOVE: Follow a good story, whether it be on the radio, people watching, television, movies, or photographing.

HER STYLE + BEAUTY: I like to keep [my look] simple and natural as possible.  Usually it’s dark black eyeliner, mascara and a T-shirt with black jeans. Recently my favorite moisturizer has been coconut oil for my face and thinking about trying out coconut soap.

A LADY SHE ADMIRES: The lady I admire the most is my mother.  She is the nicest, strongest and smartest person I know.

HER 2016 GOALS: In 2016 I look forward to turning 30, and learning to cook amazing dinners :)

HER BIGGEST CHALLENGE: Getting a job. I am thankful that I live alone and can support myself with a job in my field.

RECOMMENDATIONS IN HER CITY: The food trucks on 17th and Spring Garden St, in Philadelphia, PA.  Delicious Gyro, amazing turkey bacon egg and cheese, plus the fries!

WISDOM FOR OTHER LADY GUNS: Do what you feel and want, not what everybody else is doing.

We were introduced to Hannah Price's work by fellow lady gun Lauren Spinelli and were instantly moved by the empowering series: City of Brotherly Love, in which Price turns the camera on the catcallers she encounters in Philly. Take a peek at some of our favorites below and click over to Hannah's site for the rest of the story.
